(Live In Stock – Mintage 2021) Australian Silver Kangaroo BU Sealed Tube (25 Coins) Arrives with a protective tube SEALED plastic box containing 25 coins! If you’re looking for one of the most popular silver bullion coins to invest in from the Perth Mint, you won’t go wrong with the Australian Silver Kangaroo 1 oz Silver Coin. The mintage every year is unlimited, unlike the koala and kookaburra coins which have a maximum mintage of 300,000 and 500,000 respectively. No special editions or privy marks have appeared for the one-ounce bullion coin. The Silver Australian Kangaroo has a maximum mintage of 20,000 coins each year, meaning that once that mark has been reached, the mint will not produce anymore coins in that production year. In certain cases, the number of coins made available for individual purchase was actually 19,000, rather than 20,000.
There are numbers put up by numismatics enthusiasts as well as dealers. However it is not known where the numbers came from. The numbers put up here are taken from Annual Reports of RAM starting from year 2001.
