Kicad No Component Libraries Are Loaded

Launch KiCad and then click the “Symbol library editor” icon. Select “Manage Symbol Libraries” from the Preferences menu.

I'm just starting to work with KiCAD. One of the video tutorial shows that 3D view should incorporate components placed on the board. However in my case I can see only the board with pads: Looks like I need to tune up my KiCAD installation (I'm using Windows 7, KiCAD version 4.0.0). Simulating a KiCad Circuit: Drawing and designing circuits is an old process, as old as the first electronic components. It was easy then. There was a limited number of components and therefore a limited number of configurations, in other words: circuits were simpler.
